EdzUp do not collect and store information unless we are contractually or legally requested to do so, the only information we will store is standard web traffic information which all websites store via their respective ISP's and contractual information for agreements between EdzUp and third parties.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to Non-personal information collected is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Website traffic and usage. All information stored on EdzUp's ISP is subject to their own privacy policy. All agreements and information between EdzUp and third parties is only stored as long as the contract is relevant and no longer than twelve months after. If you wish the information be destroyed sooner please submit a request to us and we will comply.

EdzUp takes its legal obligations very seriously and we will comply with any legal entity that requests information in a official written manner. Once a information request has been submitted EdzUp after verifying its authenticity will do its upmost to comply with the request and will submit the relevant required information as quickly as possible. As a whole EdzUp does not share data with any third parties at all unless legally obliged to do so, we will never give out information to any third party
